I established my Studio in 2001. I started out of my home and am still doing alot of my work in my home, although I really do enjoy going on location as well. Or a place that is special for the people I am photographing.

I decided to go to Ridgewater College in Willmar for photography. I had heard it had an excellent program. And I wanted to give my customers the best possible service. I learned so many things pertaining to the photography field I never knew existed. I loved it! I graduated in May 2005. And have been building my Studio more each year.

I was nervous to get my senior pictures done because I can be a pretty picky person when it comes to self-portraits. Additionally, I didn't want to spend an outrageous amount on senior high pictures, so I struggled to decide which photography studio to go to, but then my sister told me about Judy and encouraged me to try it out. I did and it was awesome. Judy was really flexible and always put the customers satisfaction above everything. When I looked through the pictures we took, I couldn't have asked for anything better - I loved them. Judy is an incredible photographer. I don't know how many times throughout my life she has hid from the camera because she visualizes herself as being un-photogenic. I just got an email from her today regarding the photos you mailed to her (she said she got them this weekend). She commented on how pleased she was with the photos you took and that she actually liked how she looked in ALL of them. She said they were all done very well and she was really impressed. This means so much coming from her! I don't think I have ever heard her say that about photos with her in it! I nearly fell off my chair!

We had a really great experience going through The Shutter Bugs Studio for our wedding pictures. Judy was more then just accommodating to what we requested. She showed up early for the pictures and even helped out getting our wedding party ready. She was open to our suggestions we had for photos that we wanted taken. When looking at the pictures I could tell that she had put in a lot of time and effort to make them look as perfect as she could. I found her to be very friendly and overall a great experience.
